These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

lets you generate images using artificial intelligence. Output is produced by third-party AI models; does not manually create output on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Credits and Payment

The Service uses a prepaid credit system. Purchasing credits or subscribing constitutes agreement to our pricing as displayed at time of purchase. Prices may change prospectively; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

5. Generated Content

Ownership. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the images you generate through the Service. We claim no ownership over your prompts or your generated output.

Non-exclusivity. AI models may produce similar or identical output for different users given similar prompts. makes no guarantee that your generated images will be unique.

Our license. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your generated output solely as needed to operate the Service (including showing it in your account history and, if you opt in, public galleries).

6. Commercial Use

Unless otherwise stated in your plan, you may use images you generate for commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for clearing any third-party rights (trademarks, likeness, copyrighted material referenced in prompts, etc.) before commercial use.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate content that:

• is sexually explicit, especially involving real or apparent minors
• depicts a real, identifiable person without consent (including public figures in misleading contexts)
• incites violence, self-harm, or illegal acts
• infringes intellectual property rights
• includes private or personal data of others without a lawful basis
• violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours

We may refuse, remove, or refund any generation at our discretion when we believe it violates this section.

8. Refunds

Credits are refundable under the conditions described in our Refund Policy. Generated output is generally non-refundable because underlying compute has already been consumed.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, unused credits are refundable under the Refund Policy; generated content may be retained as required by law or deleted at our discretion.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your use case. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice (by email or in-product banner). Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware, unless prohibited by your local law.
