Refund Policy

operates on a prepaid credit system. This policy describes when refunds are available.
1. Unused Credits
You may request a refund of unused credits within 7 days of purchase. We will refund unused credits to your original payment method, minus any non-refundable processor fees where permitted by law.
2. Generated Content Is Non-Refundable
Once credits have been consumed to generate images, they are generally not refundable — the underlying AI compute has already been paid for and cannot be reversed. This applies even if you are unsatisfied with the aesthetic result, since AI output is inherently variable.
3. Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to a Service error (model timeout, infrastructure issue), consumed credits are automatically refunded to your account balance. No manual request is required.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period continues until its end date and is not prorated. Credits granted under an active subscription remain usable until the end of the paid period.
5. Exceptions
We may issue full or partial refunds outside the 7-day window at our discretion in cases such as:
- prolonged Service outage that prevented you from using purchased credits
- billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amount)
- unauthorized charges on your account (please also contact your card issuer)
6. How to Request a Refund
Email with:
- the email address on your account
- the order ID or approximate date and amount of the purchase
- a brief reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time (typically 5-10 business days) to reflect the credit on your statement.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We prefer to resolve concerns directly — please reach out to before filing a chargeback.
